Different rounds :

Round 1 : a fighting match in a MMA cage where they fight without any techs or suits etc.

Round 2 : a fighting match randomly with standart techs/suits for both of them.

Round 3 : one week of prep where Ozy and Batman know each other real identities

Round 4 : one week prep time : only Batman knows Ozy identity because Ozy doesn't hide and is a public figure. Ozy knows that Batman wants his head.

Round 1: Ozzy is a superhuman while Bats is peak human, Ozzy would win High Diff

Round 2: Batman. His tech would give him the edge.

Round 3+4: Bats wins easily. The Batman with prep time meme is real.

Ozy takes it. Batman is a h2h specialist and immensely good, but Ozy is superhuman iirc, while batman is peak human, Ozy takes it after a good fight.

Batman's tech and gadgets give him the edge over Ozy in this one. Still a good fight though.

Ozymandias is quite the smart dude too. He is the top dog by far in his universe brain wise.

And Ozy has quite an advantage : he is 1000 times more ruthless. If he thinks he has to take down batman to save everybody or for greater good he can kill all his family friends citizens etc no pity involved. Batman has a moral code.

Only one goes to Ozzy because Batman is no Superhuman then things change dramatically

It is a tie. Batman can match Oz if he has his technology with him, despite Oz having tech.

Still a tie. Both are masterminds and none will allow other to get ahead. It will be 3D chess.

Round 4 : one week prep time : only Batman knows Ozy identity because Ozy doesn't hide and is a public figure.

Batman wins. Batman can beat any enemy if he has enough prep time (and the enemy doesn't have any prep time).

Oh! I misunderstood. I guess since Batman knows about Veidt and Oz, he can prepare better. Oz on the other hand can only prepare for Batman and not Bruce.

So I would still give Batman the win in round 4.

Which franchise is Ozymandias from?

Watchmen! A lesser known comics, now incorporated into DC comics.

For a quick lesson on it, you can watch Watchmen (2009) by Zack Snyder. The Snyder-cut is about 210 minutes long but the movie itself is great.

However, Ozymandias is not quite completely portrayed in the movie.

He is from Watchmen. If you haven't see this movie it is amazing, really one of the best super hero movies I have ever seen.
