I'd say around same age. cause Oden already has the sword on his waist. The swordmaster has to tame it before wielding th sword anyway. Otherwise, as Kinemon stated, with one swing, you'll be left on the ground unable to move and unconscious. So the fact that Oden at this early from beginning of this flashback already has Enma means he can wield it and is not just carrying it for decoration. oden looks in flashback youthful around same age as Zoro.

The flashback is 41 years ago when oden is 18
and oden had enma already

This means Oden tamed it between 15-18. Oden potential was huge.

Zoro tamed Enma when he is 21 .... an adult

In fact, logically, Oden must be YOUNGER than Zoro right now. Cause according to Kinemon before. Oden became the Daimyo of Kuri at age of 20. I have serious doubts that Oden is now a Daimyo in the beginning of flashback. He STILL will be banished from flower capital by his father, and then go to Kuri, do all good things there, and then he will become a Daimyo at age 20.

Oden in reply to some others who said Zoro tamed Enma at younger age than Oden. Logically, following the timeline, it's the opposite, Oden is the one who tamed it at a younger age. Cause if he didn't tame Enma, he wouldn't have the sword on his waist. Cause Kinemon stated that a swing from the sword is enough to make you unconscious if you cannot tame it and control your Ryuu with it. Unless oden is stupid and carries the sword regardless LOL, I doubt that

I mean we started the samurai theme with Kinemon,Kanjuro....and Raizo.....the expectations should have been low since the beginning.

So far Kyoshiro and Urashima seems great.

The only person among these who fought against Mihawk has been portrayed as inferior to him. All others never fought prime Mihawk and the conclusion is just your assumption.

Into a perfect leader figure that everyone loved and respected.

Sounds somewhat unrealistic to me. Not sure if Oda can execute the plot so that the drastic change won't feel forced
