Thats actually interesting tho. How no matter even if Sanji never met Zeff or the SHs hed still atleast be a high-mid tier character. Goes to show hes a natural genius who could be a lot more stronger if he stopped nerfing himself. Doesnt matter tho Sanji will be a Top Tier even with all the nerfs in place:steef:

But Sanji was a great swimmer before the devil fruit, with the swim swim fruit he becomes even better/ A Lot faster. And he'd be able to move around a lot easier. People are too focused on the power aspect of things. Power isn't even what makes Sanji effective as a fighter......Swim Swim fruit like the stealth/invisbility of the raid suit Improves in areas Sanji was already Great at. Combine Swimming with the Invisibility + Sanji speed, Sanji becomes someone extremely difficult to keep up with in Battle.
