Luffy will get 3 Billions. Oda usually gives round lvl bounties to Luffy, will come out of the arc with his subordinates being capable to defeat the main core members of yonko crews(veteran, yonko commanders), with the Strawhat grandfleet already known to the world, the hype behind potential 5th yonko coming to conclusion and there should be a Luffy vs Kaido chapter, where Luffy will ultimately break his 1 on 1 hype(although against a weakened Kaido), a feat that should be viewed as superior to Blackbeard's feat in overwhelming Marco's group, so based on that, i think Luffy's bounty should hit 3 Billions after this arc.
It's also not a problem for Luffy to surpass current Blackbeard's bounty since Oda already has Blackbeard on the move, which makes me think that he'd do something that will increase his bounty as well, probably with Blackbeard ending up portrayed as the ultimate threat after Kaido's defeat as a way to still portray Luffy as the underdog

I'd personally switch Law's bounty on your list with Zoro's, and I think that Kidd, Law, and Killer's bounty will, at best, be on the 1 billion category. Kidd and Law will especially be above Luffy's current bounty while staying below BB's (if only because I don't think those 3 will be anywhere near Luffy and Zoro's relevancy in the eventual defeat of Kaido and Big Mom).

I can see Drake not getting a bounty increase cause he's a SWORD (unless, as I said, he keeps sailing as a pirate)
Apoo and Hawkins will get a bounty at least for playing a part in the war, I can see Apoo getting to 650 million or 550 millions at least without problems (he has been the main star of the Live Floor for some chapters and I doubt his show will end here), Hawkins is more a gut feeling (leaving Onigashima without a bounty increase would be humiliating imo)

I agree. So far, Zoro's the most impressive solo performer in a shown battle against Yonko since Akainu more than 10 years ago.
Add to it the facts that:
1. He's doing against against two Yonko in their prime, no less!
2. He has not the advantage of an OP DF or being a legit top tier like Sakazuki.
3. He is the first character we see to overpower a Yonko's serious attack. Even Papazuki "only" (for the lack of better words) matched WB in strength (otherwise, for example, WB's Bisento would have been pushed back instead of "simply" stopped by Akainu's kick).

Drake is a Marine and his mission ends with this war so he won't have any reason to keep pretending he's a pirate, so no bounty update for him. Apoo is part of the antagonist's crew and got defeated so he won't get a bounty raise either, I think. Hawkins might get a new bounty if he betrays Kaido and plays a role in this war, maybe 520 million.
Even Law and Kid won't hit 2 billion imo. They, along with Zoro, will be in the billion range.
