Character Discussion Which SH has the worst gag?

Luffy being stupid:
It doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's often done to hilarious effect. Moreover, as the series goes on, I think Oda gets progressively better and better at making sure it's only used to hilarious effect. 7/10
Zoro Getting Lost:
A lukewarm but highly meme-able gag. Moreover, often does double duty and becomes plot relevant. 8/10
Nami Being Greedy:
A character trait which Nami is progressively growing out of more and more. Since it's being treated like the character flaw it is, and is now mostly gone, and was realistic when it was there, I think I'd give it an outstanding 9/10
Usopp being a coward:
It is basically his whole character. Hardly even a gag. The scene in Dressrosa though, justified or not, kind of ruined it for me though. 6/10
Sanji being a Simp:
A real character ruining trait in recent times, and especially bad due to how it's treated as not necessarily a bad thing in the recent plot. At least it often ends up plot relevant and thus necessary. I had a hard time deciding between this and the true worst. 3/10
Chopper being gullible:
A character flaw that is rarely brought up, and now-a-days, never for good laughs, but was once good and at least is mostly unobtrusive. 6/10
Robin being Dark:
Always a fun panel when it comes up. Wish we saw more of it. 9/10
Franky Yelling Super:
It's kind of random, but honestly its meme-able and kind of hype. I like it quite a bit. 8/10
Brook wanting to see panties:
The worst gag. Both crude, pointless and irrelevant. Panties < Bra/Breasts anyway. Even for what it is, I feel like it could've been done better. 2/10
Jinbei:
Honestly he has no gag, and I'm fine with that.

I ve read that post about sanji being ruined because of being a pervert too, which i disagree. Sanji gag has been funny, plenty of times, and it's been a trademark for this character ever since, it's not something that has come only in the post time skip. As example i still remember clearly when robin was just been kidnapped by the cp9 and Sanji was dreaming about her willing him to come save her during water7 arc, or in wci all of his brothers sweating when they saw nami, those moments were funny. It's absurd that now the guys who should love sanji character the most, are shitting on his gag, as if you would like sanji to be someone else.
If Sanji did still not have a good fight post time skip blame Oda but you cant blame his gag for it. And ofc, I understand that at a certain point you might have enough of stupid jokes and want ur character to do something badass, but still, his gag had done is job for quite sometime, meanwhile Brook's gag... i dont think anybody ever even smiled because of it. There s no competition between the twos.

Pre-TS Sanji nosebleed gag wasn't bad but when Oda turned his nosebleed into a life threatening possibility, that was just retarded. He used that as the set up for Fishmen and Humans don't share blood plot but still stupid.
Not hitting women also isn't a bad gag but Oda choosing to put him up against women is also retarded. He legit made a character that doesn't hit women and decided to put that character against women....twice.
Oda: I'm going to put Sanji up against BM.
Fans: Huh? That makes no sense. Why not literally anyone else in crew?
