I have a feeling that Brook will fight and beat Who's Who or Perospero, but in both cases they'll be weakened by the Sulong minks/Jinbe respectively, so overall I'd say Franky.
Luffy admitted it in arlong park that he can't do everything alone‚ but Zoro's and Sanji's fanbase are making it as if Zoro and Sanji would have made it alone as far as Luffy did
Sanji is a cook whos dream is finding all blue if not for luffy and zoro lanji would still be cooking for marines that looked down on him on the chef baratie in some random sea. luffy and zoro are different they both had their dreams set since they were little kids and they both were following their dreams even before they met each other its just happened that their paths crossed and their fates tied together. They both are pillars to each others success yes in a way also sanji is important to them, as important as a cook can be that is. But luffy was chasing his dream to become pirate king and zoro was following his to be the worlds strongest swordsmen unlike different crew memebers that needed pursuing / helping / saving in order for them to actually follow their dreams.
What i am saying is luffy and zoro are not comparable to a mere cook.

She considers herself as Oden. It’s not the same case like Kiku. Kiku feels like a woman, Yamato just wants to be called male because Oden was a man, if Oden would have been a female she would call herself so. It’s not a matter of gender in Yamato’s case and she’s been introduced as Kaidos daughter and named so many times ( in social media posts by the staff etc.). Regarding her strength, I have some logical arguments , of course I don’t know the future, so it’s a wish and a theory. Saying Sanji will stay the third strongest is also a wish. We don’t know and we must see what will happen
Like, he could have asked the daimyos of the other regions to fight Kaido together for example but decided he has to go there on his own, has to face Kaido&Orochi alone and has to save the citizens from being kidnapped by agreeing to that weird dancing naked pact all on his own.
He didn't even want the scabbards to help him in any way, shape or form.
Sure, he was strong, but thats not how you run a country.
Kaido&Orochi were about to wipe his people from existence and Oden wanted to take everything on himself.

In my opinion it is Robin, but I can't say that Franky isn't the one highlighted as that person by Oda,since he doesn't make his females fight all that much . In a direct fight I have Robin > Franky.
