It is not a really fair system but Oda and his team are the ones who made the rules so that is what will be followed

The postcard counts 10 votes only. This time things might be a little bit different by making it globally. I read that some people are voting like 50 to 100 times a day. Some cheaters are using bots for Nami, Yamato, Carrot and Boa.
