The fact that sanji battle didn't start yet, shows that final battle îs far from over. Are we gonna see hybrid kaidou own supernovas and luffy will have to return în act 4 to 1 on 1 kaidou

Well they are up against 2 yonko, it's obvious things have just commenced overall. Same goes for the lower quarters but nothing substantially indicates that one or the other side is closer to resolution.

But overall we need to give the author enough time to portray stuff up before jumping to such fast conclusions despite lacking fundamental evidence.

Sanji will fight a Commader, not two emperors. He will only be a hindrance in that fight anyway with BM there.

If Novas lose so will Luffy and together they will fight the two emperors again.

BM might betray Kaido, or maybe CP0 joins the fight or maybe Toki sends Kaido into the future, Skyrim style, something like that.

G5 should make its appearance I believe but the likelihood of it happening this very arc is not exceptionally great at all sadly. This doesn't apply with awakening however, I can very likely see it unleashed.
