But then GER said NO. And everything stopped. The Universe stopped being erased MID erasure and its as if npthing happened

The moment Gojo even thinks about trying to attack Giornio with his domain expansion or anything else then GER would have activated to cancel the technique. It's that broken. With a defense mechanism like that, it's literally impossible to defeat Giorno.

ANY action that is taken to harm Giorno causes GER to active independent of Giornos own will or involvement, and gets auto-negated to “zero” and tha other person gets trapped in a inifinite death loop
