Oden as merely 18 has done what Prime Mihawk is doing ... cutting huge objects/living things

To be fair prime Mihawk doesn't have any feats cutting any named living beings

- cut EB Zoro: EB Zoro endured it
- cut MF Luffy: got dodged
- measuring distance to WB: stopped by Jozu
- cut Vista: asking postponement
- cut Buggy: Buggy remained unharmed

Oden has more potential than Mihawk
