If Sanji uses raid suit only for Wano arc (which is not going to happen) then it's ok and understandable, but we all know that raid suit is going to be a prominent power up. On top of that, Oda could have easily given Sanji another power up but he chose raid suit intentionally.
Either way, Oda is a piece of s*it.
