Did Sanji or Zoro shown any affection for each other? No.

The food gag just correlates what we saw in the serious moments, they do not have a brotherly/best friend relationship.

Do you have brothers ? Because that's exactly how it works. We fight them, hate them, show no affection out of pride. No, we don't put razor blades in their food, because it would kill them. But in OP universe, feeding razor blades to someone like Zoro is not even remotely dangerous.

He wouldn't put poison in big mom's cake but would for a crewmate,i have always though how cool it was that Zoro could argue with sanji the guy who makes his food.
I thought it was because everyone had absolute faith that sanji wouldn't soil someone's food.
But clearly sanji doesn't even have that coolness in him,i was indifferent to sanji before but i hate him now trash character.
