Yes. Although I still think there is a superior version to his fruit. His Gravity pressure is not that big of a deal. I can think of 4 characters that outpowered it out of blue. Luffy, Sabo, Zoro, Doffy.

Much to your surprise, I don't hold them very high. If anything they look like a bunch of overrated vets to me.

Maybe I would be keen to call Karasu a YC3 but this is max what I can do.

Current Sabo ( after Mariejois ) is Above YC to a Low Admiral level.
