Sanji does have connection with Queen but it doesn't have to be a fight. Sanji and Queen can just talk it out.

They both fly and use fire and their design is very similar.
King has everything Sanji’s opponent should have, it's impossible to ignore that the only new ability he developed in the TS is the skywalk. Now that he has a RS, he can't fight Queen or Jack on land.

I think Sanji will either fight Jack or Queen. Jack could possibly fight Yamato which will lead to Sanji vs Queen. But Queen could also fight X drake which will lead to Sanji vs Jack.
