General & Others King fans didn't even get to overhype him like Doffy/Katakuri

This is sad. Doffy fans had a few years to overhype him until Katakuri came around. After Kat came around most Doffy fans gave up, but we still have a few hardcore Doffy fans that will never change and think he is on Raftel Shillew level . They had their time to brag at least.

The Katakuri fans had a few years, but Marco showimg up got them in their feelings (I am a kat fan btw lol), but know they going out sad like.

King didn't get get a few years to brag. He might not fight Luffy or Zoro the 2 strongest SH and he already looking bad against Marco and will probably lose to Sanji. He going out the worse he didn't even get his few years of overhype. If he was an arc antagonist, he probably wouldn't of went out this bad.

King fans, i am sorry you didn't get your few years of bragging rights until reality hit.

People for some reason fall for this Fake Hype even though it was Proven several times that Oda's hype shouldn't always be trusted


For example Arlong would never be able to take over East Blue even if he defeated Luffy, yet that was his hype in his arc.

Pre Timeskip Lucci is lucky to even be in the top 1000 by End of Series which contradicts his Arc hype

In hindsight Crocodile lost the moment that Robin didn't reveal anything to him, as Smoker would have just called HQ and an Admiral would have came to murder him the moment The Gorosei find out about his plan. Yet it was portrayed as if he could have found Pluton if he defeated Luffy on his own

So 2 years (or was it 3?) after his introduction, we are still waiting for a decent feat. Well he tried to kick Sanji but Sanji casually blocked his leg while congratulating Momo. And if it wasn't for Sanji looking away King wouldn't have caught him with his beak. Didn't do any damage anyway.

Well as you said " so far" yes.....but he will get good feats........he has yet to use his hybrid+ flame abilities + maybe awakening......then we will see......

Not sure what Marco's got to do with Katakuri... Katakuri looks more like the Oden of BMP, if you compare to WBP. He seems like a future captain, with CoC, like a more developed Ace. Ace and Oden are both 2nd division commanders, like Katakuri is the 2nd son, more parallels there.

Doflamingo is clearly really really strong, not sure about Laughtale Shilliew but this guy required 2 top level Worst Gen SN teaming up to beat, and gets portrayal put him close to Fujitora, a legit top tier Admiral. Recently even got more hype from Oda in SBS.
