So far, yeah. She was the one locked outside of her own treasure room whereas Cracker was about to send Luffy to next world has it not been for Nami's help.
As far as skills go, Cracker is miles ahead of her. Smoothie has shown some great flying slashes during WCI, but all of them were due to her absorbing other people's fluid or something which made her big enough to perform such attacks. Cracker could go toe to toe with G4 Luffy and even force him to go on defensive. The same G4 Luffy who put down Doflamingo, one of the most versatile fighter on series.

Smoothie being the youngest of the group while having the second highest bounty only hypes her up.
Luffy's opponents always getting more focus and hype witch is a mistake on odas part, doflamingo will look stronger from many YC level characters minus katakuri because luffy fought him.
And by some actions in the manga we get the information that for example Jack is stronger than doflamingo but when we see their fights doflamingo looks stronger. Queen and king will look weaker than dofla too and i seriously don't think they are.
Oda does that and i don't find it cool at all lol..

Yes Cracker would hit the 1B in that case most like. But Smoothie himself is more then just dangerous against people. Perospero is danger, Daifuku and Oven too,yes no one of them get a bounty of 932mio. Smoothie is 10years younger then Cracker and still have a higher bounty. I think the Navy see her as a powerfull commander who get also hyped by Oda via SBs.
Her problem was overall that Oda nerf her so much so the alliance had it easier to escape(the overall problem for the Big mom pirates).

Katakuri>Smoothie=>Cracker>Doffy

No Kid is Killer's captain. Captain > 1st mate.
Still Cracker did way better in 5 chapters or so than Smoothie in 60 chapters.

Pekoms has a higher bounty than Oven so Pekoms > Daifuku ?

The answer is no. He got one shotted

Just because Smoothie being useless doesn't mean that she's weaker than this certain character. That's like saying Mihawk is weaker than Marco because he didn't do much.

I think your reasoning holds for what it concerns Kidd but I would not put too much pressure upon bounties yet, even under the same crew members.

The only reason Smoothie didn't get involved with Luffy is that she is a woman and a pretty one, and Oda wouldn't have made a fight with Luffy punching her, that's all. Luffy or any other male.

So she is above Cracker, there is no reason to underestimate her.

And Peros does not rival Marco lel, stop with that bs.

Well this might hold truth. I lost the last time something different occurred, of course we don't have solid proof to claim this is the actual main reason.
