what do you think the possible ways are for Sunny to survive the attack, ... I think
1: if somehow Nami can make Mirages during night she can hide real location of ship
2: if by any chance bartolomeo is there he could protect it since it was mentioned before we will see grand fleet soon
3: if Jinbei and sun pirates has somehow escaped and Wadatsumi saved it again
or is it simply damaged for now and wont be able to move ?

I see other ways:
1: more or less your Point 3 with Wadatsumi (cause Luffy just mentioned Jimbe).
2: They prepared more Ships then already used (because Franky said a way higher number a few chapters before, then he used now when he talks about getting them ready) and let the fake ships get attacked, maybe incl. a Fake-Sunny.
3: Kanjuro improves his painting skills alot
4: Law used his Position-Change for the sunny
