Do you think there is a significant difference between 500mil Luffy and 1.5Bil Luffy when it comes to his own strength?

Decent difference, but the big change is Luffy’s action that made it go that high.... Luffy did so much in WCI plus the revealed info about his grand fleet is what made his bounty skyrocket.

All this talk about Enma this, Enma that. Yes, it's a blade that enhances a swordsmans ability but at the end of the day it's up to the master swordsman to control the blade. It's not a cheap upgrade as you have to be capable of wielding the blade.

I mean, do you mean to tell me that Yoru is what makes Mihawk the strongest swordsman in the world? Would Vista, Thunder McGuy, King or Zoro beat Mihawk if they traded blades? Would Tashigi beat Zoro if she possessed Enma?

Top notch swordsmen have top notch blades and each top notch blade, including Enma, has it's specific characteristics. Some draw out haki, others don't bend, some are incredibly light.

Shanks Gryphon and Rayleighs blade are sure to be top notch blades as well with their own perks. Gryphon is a christian symbol of divine power. Perhaps it's the world strongest blade imbued with CoC just like Yoru is the worlds strongest blade imbued with CoA? Ultimately it's the master swordsman that should get his dues for being able to draw out and controlling the immense power.

Combat wise it is basically the same Luffy. G4 vs Doffy and G4 vs Katakuri are no different.
There is only a slight difference with post Udon Luffy, a bit more effective strikes than before.
Zoro with Enma or without Enma, is no different. It will be fun watching people trying to justify the bounty increase.
Wanna bet that 99% of them will say that it is because "he got a lot stronger because of Enma"? :yasu:

Um. Luffy became massively more powerful in terms of the potency of his attacks post udon. He went from not even fazing Kaido, to doing actual damage to him. That's a massive jump.

It may look like that but it isnt. He just got back the ability to which was taken from him - the ability to hurt the opponent.
He just learned a way to skip the hard exterior. You will understand later on when he faces people without tough skin.

Lots of headcanon is all I see... Luffy went through 3 extreme diff fights(Doffy, Cracker, Katakuri) and didnt change at all.
You can say FS, which basically changed nothing about him since it is a pure element for Oda to use on him whim instead of proper improvement in combat to be of use as it was for Katakuri. Udon's haki flow is the first actual thing that made a change because it can actually be seen.

Zoro having better control of haki is technically Zoro getting stronger without actually getting stronger because better haki control doesnt nothing for him in a fight. Hell, nobody ever even thought about haki control before it was mentioned...
It is not quantifiable, thus there is no difference. If it results in creating a black blade then you can claim he got stronger, IF and only IF black blade actually does something for Zoro. If not, not even then can be said that Zoro is different.

You can call it PU all you want but good luck justifying ~1.5bil increase in bounty with that.

I think it is heavily implied to be a more powerful version of haki. That Luffy's attacks have become more potent due to learning that technique.

We'll probably see this more in the future.
