Pre ts chopper was a great character, now he's just ok.
Since he is a straw hat and had more focus he's a better character than carrot but carrot is stronger. Chopper got overpowered by a bunch of trees in the seducing wood while he was in his strongest form, how lame is that?

You want discussion but don't want Chopper haters here. So, basically you want everybody here to pronounce Chopper as their God and Savior?

Back to discussion, Chopper is better than Carrot character-wise, he is basically Carrot's big brother. Of course, Chopper has had about 800 chapters of character development in his belt.

Strength-wise, they are probably closer than we think.

Strength wise we are not talking about pre ts but post ts. He was defeated by the trees, he ended up tied up, carrot did well against zoro and her sulong form was impressive. She is stronger currently but eos chopper might be stronger, depends on their respective growth.
