The only parallels that the Roger Pirates and the Straw Hat Pirates have is Luffy = Roger and Zoro = Rayleigh aka the Pirate King and the First Mate.

Stop forcing other parallels with random characters who have only appeared in 2 panels because you're desperate for your favorite character to be important.

And since this is obviously about Sanji and Gaban, let's recall the fact that the latter was the first pirate of Roger to ever be seen fighting, that first appeared in the same chapter as Rayleigh and that his hype would probably be huge if not for Sanji detractors who equally want to look down on him.

The thing is we just don’t know much about him and Zoro has never been compared to Rayleigh in the series.

Besides he can’t be a parallel because even story telling parallels are supposed to never meet.

Zoro's official role is combatant as per Vivre Card, like Lucky Roo but unlike Benn Beckman. "First mate" is an official title that only a few "right hand men" share. I stated a fact, yours is just an opinion.

Some of you should accept for once that Luffy doesn't rule his crew as you'd wish in your wet and autocratic dreams and that he's an empathetic leader that takes an approach based on interdependence. Precisely, in that moment it was Nami, your so-called "left hand", who made the mistake of not understanding the circumstances as quick and clearly as Luffy did from the start.

Sanbed though or whatever his name was "MAYBE" parallels Jinbe as both Fishman... BUT again, as you stated... I do not like parallels that are just too random... like Sanji/Gaban just because they are recognized as 3rd strongest...

It could be the case that they are simply 3rd strongest BUT never have any parallel, so why even bother... why can't two crews be a bit more differentiated LOL
