He won't land a hit on Luffy and only Thunder Bagua would be a oneshot, normal hits with his club are not that strong (and maybe even Thunder Bagua might not be enough for a oneshot since he is improving his Haki and strength constantly after each fight).

Kaido's elemental attacks = crap attacks, irrelevant against Luffy.
