shiryu might kill mihawk but not in a fair fight. theres a very good reason "a scar on the back is a swordsman's shame" and shiryu is being set up as a disrespectful psycho who doesnt care about fair matchups. he will take any advantage he can get and stab people in the back all day now that hes invisible.
mihawk = shanks in 1v1 power, shanks' advantage is his crew and territory like any yonko. fujitora is literally dressed as a samurai and uses his sword even when he's using devil fruit powers so youre just being crazy there

My problem with Mihawk is 2 things
1-Yes has the title but he has inconsistent feat (stalled by vista) which makes the title lose credibility
how im I supposed to believe that mihawk above a yonko like shanks when he got stalled by the 4th commander of a yonko , we saw the difference between a yonko and the commanders, if mihawk was above shanks he should have no problem one shotting vista
2- shanks’s feats are much bigger than mihawk’s , shanks clashed equally with the world strongest man , stopped kaido (we don’t know how, but this is crazy ass kaido so I doubt they just had a civil conversation) stopped akainu stopped the war , got mentioned by kaido alongside roger and wb , while mihawk got stopped by the 3rd yc got stalled by the 4th yc and barely even mentioned in the story with the greats like shanks
And before you give me the old tired “oh but shanks couldn’t beat a fish”
1- that was in the beginning of the manga when oda thought op would last only 5 years so obviously he wasn’t planning ahead like the power system
2- oda was forced by his boss to have shanks lose his arm because he wanted something shocking to happen in the first chapter, it’s not like oda wanted to do it in the first place
3- during his conversation with wb he said he was betting it on the new era so shanks intentionally gave up the arm to motivate luffy
