And DF Abilities are Powers given by Devils who are said to live inside those Fruits
Those Devils can effect Bodies & Environment which is the Abilities gained by the Users who ate DFs

If CoC can Conquer Living Beings & also Objects & even Split the Sky
Then i'm pretty sure the Full Mastery of CoC allows you to Conquer Devil Fruits too
Creating a Barrier that turns every DF Ability Useless against the CoC user

This reminds me that I am still baffled about the whole waterfall issue given how easely the Big Mom Pirates could have arrived to Wano without even the carps.

It was obvious O-Lin was going to come back but i can't help but feel her story in Wano was completely unnecessary. Big Mom and her crew arriving in Wano at the proper moment would have been more than enough (and waste a lot less of our time)

Bang's comment from Redon actually implies that O-Lin probably isn't coming back this way. He used the gag in the early 930's and explicitly showed BM falling in the water there.

Here he doesn't even show the water, which implies something else likely happens to her (either she lands on Wano's mainland or on her ship). Its a great moment to bring back her ship anyhow.

Its a good sign, not a bad one.
