Yes it's debatable based off some queries:

- How potent is Post TS Asura, how much does it confer to Base Zoro
- Did he develop new mode(s) or any new kind of power up/attack he has yet to demonstrate

I wish Zoro fought Cracker instead of Luffy to find out more (perhaps), albeit some arcs had passed.

That Luffy highlighted this attack in particular as "a big one" shows that it's considerably more powerful than the previously shown attacks of the Yonkou.

It's disingenuous to try and apply the specific superior attack this one received to all previous attacks.

Are the rooftop 5 the strongest SN? Not counting BB of course.

Obviously, what's in question is if they are the strongest of the alliance. Bar Marco, I am tempted to say yes.
