I believe Luffy and party will go all out and start doing damage, but Kaido is tooo thicc from them to do any fatal damage, and there is a high chance that either luffy or he himself learns AcoA or, Utilizes breath of kaido's scales in a potential scenario where kaido takes enma away, so he uses wado instead and Utilizes breath of all things.. and perceives the breath of his scales and then cuts through them using hardening only... or grasps AcoA and uses the both in tandem.

No I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting for Oda to let the strowhats grow to point that they can face a Yonko in near equal terms, since Yonkos are so important for Luffy's character and his end goal.

That's fair but I think it's too soon for Luffy to fight any Yonko on equal terms until he works on his Haki depleting forms.
