The idea that named Zoro attacks deal basically 0 damage is a direct contradiction of the manga.
In Chapter 1003, Zoro used Kokujo Ou Tatsumaki (a mid tier attack). It had a very impressive performance:
Kong Gatling probably dealt more damage than Kokujo Ou Tatsumaki, but the difference may be overstated:
Kokujo Ou Tatsumaki's performance is rendered all the more impressive when you consider that it is essentially a mid tier attack from Zoro and is mainly used for clearing out fodder. Here's Zoro mowing down fishmen with it:
Against Kaku, it was unable to completely break through his Tekkai (whereas Shishi Sonson could), and barely hurt him:
Kokujo Ou Tatsumaki dealt far more damage to Dragon!Kaido than it did to Kaku (and this was when it had to first overwhelm Kaido's own Tatsumaki). Given that Zoro has much more powerful attacks, it seems that Zoro's offensive prowess comfortably exceeds Dragon!Kaido's durability.

Sanji: has two damage types. Bludgeoning and Fire. Physical and Elemental.
Kaido: Has a tough skin, that gives him resistance to physical damage, requiring non-physical means of dealing damage, or special Haki.

1) King:
Sanji never actually clashed with King - he just blocked an attack that was meant to kick a little child, nothing special.
And then he easily got crushed by him, had luck that his Raid Suit is extremely durable or else he'd be dead by now.
2) X Drake:
Again, Sanji and X Drake never actually clashed. We also know now that X Drake never meant to actually harm the alliance.
X Drake was in his Dino form and just slapped him into some buildings, nothing special .
3) Page One:
Basically the same. They did clash, but not anything to break a leg on as Page One just punched him through half the city.
THIS was the only time Sanji actually clashed leg on leg with a strong opponent, and he got his leg cracked. Vergo wasnt even serious lol, just playing a bit with Sanji with "hands in the pockets".

Anybody who are saying Sanji will do 0 to minimal damage to Kaido needs to either seek medical attention or psychiatrist for treatment.
