Big Mom(though not her character, but the plot around her )
Pretty much all supernova's who were hyped to be like rivals.
Beast Pirates are absolute dog shit, King and Queen are the worse... especially that its a war right now. Compared to how BMPs were handling situations at multiple fronts and coordinating, this is just shit. And Queen even made allies enemy.
Doflamingo: I used to think of him as much better character overall, like having some work level plot, and espcially when Monet died saying you have to become PK.... guess what he was just Kaido's bitch, no quality about being a King let alone PK at all. And his goals? Just a underground dealer. And he says he wants to expand his business with Crocodile...who acutally had really lofty goals, took over a country just to get to a weapon of mass destruction, a world level plot, was expecting something similar. Good thing crocodile said fuck off to his offer at marineford.
Yamato: I would say this too is more with Oda rather than the character itself. She has such good setup but is not at all used correctly.

Not disappointed in Judge's Son, there are no expectation from me.

King, all BM pirates except Katakuri and Perospero, all minks except Pedro, Inu and Neko, Ulti and P1.
And by far Yamato, but at least she has the chance to be good devoloped if Oda doesn't trait the Oden thing like a gag personality, quit that stupid gag and Yamato its not the bad character who some people says.

I knew BM had haters but this is already over the top. In my opinion, BM is doing better than Kaido. The only problem is that the character goes through some comical situations, which the haters take advantage of to criticize her.
I mean, in terms of power Kaido seems to me the weakest Yonko of all, not by much, but a little. The title of World's Most Powerful Creature doesn't equate to what we've seen.
