You probably cant even humanly speak 11 words in a second. Manga>spoiler provider + your head canon. Its clear in the manga that Zoro held the attack for more than just a mere second. He literally had a dialog while blocking it.

But that comment wasn't a translation. We read the manga written by Oda not some spoiler provider lol. There's nothing in the chapter which even says '1 second'. A good estimate is 2-5 seconds, which incorporates the time needed for Zoro to say his stuff and Law to Room.

It does as panel by panel doesn't mean seconds have past each one. It showing side by side of what is going on in the chapter. If we go by panel on time for each moment, that mean several minutes have past on each page when reality it's not describing it like that. 1 second is what they stated and what felt it was. You can't force it your way cause yo don't like how it shown. Doubt they wouldn't say something like that for no reason if it was stated to be more than '1 second'.
