Just like receiving half-Hakai. Zoro would be alive, significantly wounded. Able to block it for four-five secs. Thats if Luffy used Barrier Ryuo. Internal Destruction Ryuo though is Anti-Organism type of attack. Luffy kept it hidden just for defeating Kaidou. It's WSC-defeating-Tier.
