If these spoilers are right :

- Zoro activates Ashura and unlocks COC
- Kaido Senses Zoro’s CoC and says enough is enough
- Kaido attacks Zoro with Thunder Bagua.

Or did Zoro and Kaido both Launch attacks at the same time ?

That attack is massively overrated. Zoro doesn't need to stay healthy in order to defend himself against an attack that extensively weaker than Hakai.
