It is adv CoC, Kaido take multiple attacks of Zoro and never mentioned anything about CoC, the way how Kaido said the sentence with CoC show it mean adv CoC, the key of the chapter is about adv CoC, Kaido wouldn´t be surprise by a basic CoC.
Ashura is a form of adv CoC.

I didnt say he wont fight kaido 1v1, I said even if he does it wont be for a long period of time. Zoro will be back very quickly.

He definitely won't be back very quickly that's for sure, but he will have other moments later in the Arc.
