Lihawk won't have CoC, he has no crew.

Even Law has a better chance to have CoC than Lihawk.

CoC doesn't need to be sacrifice, if that was the case Kaido and Big Mom would never have it, because they don't give a shit about their crew, both of them already shown to hit and even kill their own crewmates.

It's all about having a desire to stand above others, to be the best at something, to lead people, the traits of a king, even the sacrifine one could be part of it and why Zoro got it. But Mihawk could have it based on all of these other traits, standing above others as the WSS, lteraly.

He stronger by the end of Wano. I been saying this. Also remember this isn't Zoro highlight name chapter yet. Zoro getting stronger this arc probably through a real powerup like Nidai or just getting stronger while fighting.
