it was never stated that was the advanced CoC. Luffy was unaware of using it that way but he realized that as he was hit by Kaido. that he used CoC haki to do so.

Zoro entered the timeskip with Asura already while Luffy was with that random CoC burst he did in MF.
Asura control was obviously better than MF Luffy's CoC control

But why the hell Oda still mentioned Luffy as CoC specialist in the crew and not Zoro

So if anyone who isn't yonko level isn't forcing zoro to use it then he won't use it

Greatest part about chapter is, title is Haosoku, chapter is the first revealation about advanced CoC, and Luffy was said to be CoC specialist in the crew.

But somehow the one performing advanced CoC is not him

but he performed it at the end of the chapter I guess
