If something is strong enough to let a scar it isn't very superficial. Plus, you forgot to add the part where that "strongest attack" was from a Zoro that had almost all of his bones broken. But he is still a beast.

Kaido literally stands there like nothing happened and continues on unabated. It was superficial, as the attack caused nothing more than it. Zoro was never going to do better than what he did, regardless of health. That was it.

THe only plans that Oda might have for Kaido is bringing him again to Wano. Something that would take like... a week?

No other SN showed this. And the only reason Luffy seems to be back in form is because of huge poweup. Which most likely Zoro has yet to get e.g black blade, Nidai kitetsu.

I think Oda is going for equality between the two. It is no surprise that all the Databook which comment on their power have put them on the same level (shoulder to shoulder). Even the Vivre Card has some translations showing that it doesn't say Zoro is second to Luffy.
Luffy's COC coating is impressive though even though he got knocked out after taking less damage than Zoro.
Chapter implies that Zoro does have the higher Endurance of the two

Id say there are still a lot of fools who think Zoro used coa against Mr 1 and still a lot who still think hes equal to Luffy. Luffy could literally block any swordsman with his coc defense now.

we have seen that coc imbued attack have black lightening before even attacking, maybe there was a normal coc burst from zoro(like that of luffy in marineford) because he is in critical condition, or kaido mistook it for something else

anyways kaido is wondering whether it is coc or not and zoro who trained with WSS doesnt even know whether it is coc.

zoro has coc everyone knows that, but asura wasnt coc imbued attack
