Could Law think it's a better option to heal Zoro and allow him to join Luffy first? ( Of course, he would join later but he might get interrupted by King ).

Strategically, yes. But sometimes Oda doesn't think strategically with his story choices. Seeing Luffy attack Kaido without touching him, though, made me more confident we'll see a black blade later in the arc, as Luffy attacking Kaido without touching was hinted almost as early as the black blades.

Zoro's COC is a level above. Not even Luffy has been able to physically manifest his COC to damage an opponent, yet Zoro can do it unconsciously. So much for COC specialist amirite?

Kaido gave two shits when he saw Luffy CoC after he knocked him out..he gave zero shits about Kidd CoC but is concerned as he'll about Zoro CoC.

Because Ashura is a CoC mode but Zoro himself isn't aware. Next step would probably be for Zoro to learn about Ashura CoC and bring it out on will.

Once he does that Oden is basically a fodder to him

I'm betting on Law healing Zoro back to fighting shape due to Law witnessing Zoro scarring Kaido. He will think that Zoro might be much-needed factor up there.

He will send him there first and then King will crash Law's attempt to go roof too.

Law will deal with King and go back to the roof.
