Before i go into this, keep in mind i am not a fan of Zoro as a character. That being said i think Oda did Zoro dirty last 2 chapters

I wanna touch Hakai first. Great feat by Zoro, stopped one of the biggest if not biggest attack in OP so far. So what was the reaction of people there?

Thats it. Thats the shit you got for the reactions. What was one of the best feats to date got BARELY any recognition. Kaido that WANKED Oden didnt even have shit to say to Zoro despite Zoro IMO outperforming Oden there. The whole feat was made to feal like w/e, anyone there could do it. For me that dulled the moment despite the feat.

Last time we saw Ashura was in E.L. it was an attack fans were DYING to see. It was kept in the dark for YEARS. So how did it pan out?

Well consider the fact that in the same chapter of Zoro using Asura WITH CoC Oda made Kaido say LAW'S abilities are more troublesome....

Injection shot, an attack that barely did shit to Doffy is somehow more trouble for you than Asura or that Dragon attack? Really Oda? Really?

And then you have Kaido bleed from mouth in same amount from Asura and Injection Shot. Excuse me? That makes 0 SENSE.

Now you could say - but Beky Asura made a scar on Kaido...

Thats great fam. Zoro has been wounding Kaido entire arc, Scarabs wounded Kaido too. At this point wounding Zoro is the same feat as sleeping with BM. It doesnt hold any weight at all.

And if you still wanna claim scarring Kaido is good...

And now the Asura damage
Asura damage is RIDICOLUSLY BAD. If wounding/scarring Kaido is so basic then what Asura did compared to injection shot is piss poor.

That one handed Dragon attack was more scary than Asura, fucking Asura we didnt see in years.


Oda's lack of consistency in my eyes took a shit on Zoro. His feats should have gotten more recognition and more meaning.

His "glory and praise" were sidelined for dumb shit.

Uh no not really. Big Mom called for a one shot. Despite having already seen them in combat, she believed there was a chance all five could die. Could anyone handle the attack like Zoro? No... because they didn't. To be more explicit or try to put Zoro over more than he already did for that would have only been a lack of trust on Oda's part.

Asura was seen in Sabaody, quite a bit after EL. It provoked a reaction there, too. I would say the best reason I can imagine for not getting a huge response is because Zoro is capable of more as we know it. Did Injection Shot get the same response? Lol no.

Like i always said, the MC is Luffy and the main focus will always be Luffy. You guys just massively overhyped zoro and this is some backslash you feel now.

But Zoro did extremely impressive, way more then we could assume realisticaly, since he didnt have an all out fight in new world before. He cut Kaido permanently, something only Oden did before. He got some CoC, he tanked ( for a timeframe) Hakai, an attack by both Yonkos. He did extremely well.

You should celebrate him and his feats and not dishonor it by expecting him suddenly being the strongest in the verse.

In Manga: Kaido was strongly surprised and aknowledged it. Law was highly shocked and obviously Luffy is proud and thankfull, but needs to focus now on Kaido. Luffy expected such strength from Zoro. Like Zoro expects Luffy to beat Kaido in long term.

Forum: It got praised so hard. But it suddenly got overshined by the backslash the toxic part of the zoro fandom provoced. Thats what happens if some people extremely overhype, the "reality" cant compensate that overhype at the end.

The wound Kaido suffered from Zoro is going to play a factor later on in Kaido's defeat. Either Luffy is able to target it as a weakpoint or since the wound is permanent Kaido gets weakened and his movement is slower etc.

Nah Oda is doing a consistent job with Zoro, if you ask around here you would at best find the me, the Shishio and the nik coming close (possibly) to get what Oda would portray future Zoro like power levels wise.

Some people simply overlook the implications of having bones allegedly shattered or spending a lot of vitality and stamina to block and tank an attack sent by two yonko top dogs meant to most likely be the strongest combination ever they can come up with and the strongest attack shown on panel in One Piece history whilst Zoro wasn't even standing in his most potent form.

You also should keep in mind that the "injection shot" is Laws ultimate attack so far. Also its combined with an hax fruit. Sure it will be strong for the enemy. And Kaido has no reason to hype Ashura over Injection shot, damage wise. I assume you just went in with a wrong expectation.

Ehm I barely see any Zoro fans who is disappointed in Zoro's performance (in WG at least).
