The one Scenario where i can imagine This can be stopped is If a club Like Barcelona comes out and openly condemns this idea,Imagine the prospect of the ESL without the greatest ever player in it lol
But sadly they have long given in to Flo Perez,Barcelona reek of Debt amounting to 1 billion ,The mismanagement by that Fool Bartomeu has even led that great club with the motto “more than a club” down this tragic path.Truly pains me to see this

Only different now to ESL is that is a open league not close like ESL so small club can compete but big clubs dont what that. Thats the main problem

I think it will expand i think they wanted to have 15 founder team + 5 teams based on performance in league games.
