Hera : goddess of women, marriage, family, childbirth and wife of Zeus

I don't really understand why hera is associated with a thunder homie

Well Hera is Zeus' wife. They hate each other in the mythology. Hera replacing Zeus makes sense narratively.

What are you talking about? Seriously? Like what even is this? Are you saying she’s schizophrenic or something?

It's been enforced many times that Big Mom was less evil than insane and with a very twisted vision of the world and morality, thanks to her mental issues, Mother Carmel and Streusen's parenting.

And Oda has made her turn nice temporally already once with the amnesia plot, now she's shown to care about Tama to the point that she's willing to attack Page One after hearing about the Beast Pirates' attack on Okobore Town while not doing anything to Nami and Usopp despite her grudge against the Straw Hats and Nami having stolen Zeus from her. At this point it wouldn't be too surprising if Oda somehow makes her revert back to O-Lin in the future.

Big Mom is clearly a special case among One Piece villains, and as such her fate will surely be unique too compared to other villains'.
