I find it ridiculous how the Triple Log Pose was introduced at the end of Fishman Island arc, with it being supposed to be crucial to navigate the New World, only for it to be totally abandonned and forgotten, never serving once in the New World.
Thinking about Napoléon, Big Mom's hat special homie, I think that he should have had more power and function than just being a sword hat or the one receiving signals from other Homies, he should also have been able of commanding and coordinating other Homies via psychic signals he would send to them, relaying Linlin's orders and instructions and allowing them to work as a coordinated and united force.
I don't think any of the Yonko Commanders and Veterans from the Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates have been allowed to their full potential, neither with their devil fruits nor with haki, save perhaps for Katakuri, with Smoothie and Compote not even being shown in battle and none of the Flying Six and their BMP counterpart showing haki.
Charlotte Compote should have had a bigger role and real performance during WCI or Wano arc, with her having some of her mother's strength and toughness, haki, and her having the fruits and vegetables devil fruit.
The more I remember it and the more I hate the time travel of Wano arc, it really didn't add anything to the arc or One Piece as a whole, not counting how Toki was wasted to just be a time travel device.
Re-reading Fishman Island and Punk Hazard, with the triple log pose, and then remembering what happened after, I have the impression that Oda may have wanted for the Straw hats to explore the New World a bit more before changing his mind and deciding to have a huge storyline with the Straw Hats allying with Law and go after a Yonko right away in Kaido, before adding BM to the mix as well.
