he also mentioned a character who have only one percent chance of surviving

Kaido seems to confirm it was, and even if it isnt CoC somehow and Oda packpedals on it....That would just mean that Zoro's CoA is soo strong that it feels like he has CoC, making it the strongest CoA we have seen in the series soo far.
