Character Discussion Do you want Hawkins and Apoo to switch sides or would you rather have them stay on the antagonist side?

Should Hawkins and Apoo switch sides or stay as antagonists?

I'd rather see both of them on the Alliance side to witness all the SN currently in Onigashima on the rooftop together with Yamato to represent the nine shadows predicted by Toki. Apoo should easily switch sides because there's no Beast pirate on the live floor still on Kaido's side and Queen almost fucked him up with the antidote. After feeding every last smile-beast pirate in Onigashima with kibidango, Hawkins may yet again foresee a 50% of the Alliance's victory and switch sides, using his cards to go all out against the two Yonkos. Hopefully something like this happens :shocking:

It would not be particularly flabbergasting if Apoo ended up not being a free spirit imo, that's part of his awesomeness. And as a matter of fact, I just hope he keeps empowering himself and attain superlative deeds during let's say the final war.

Unlike Apoo, Hawkins has never betrayed the alliance. He decides which side to stand based on his own convenience of the moment (by consulting his cards). Maybe Killer will be able to change his mind. I'd like him to join Kid's crew after this battle.

They should stay as villains. The dialogue between Killer and Hawkins showed us that Hawkins has a bad philosophy of life,while Killer creates his own fate,so he will win against him. Meanwhile Apoo proved many times he is a cynical and untrustworthy person,so he should pay for this and get defeated,no need to redeem everyone.

Nah stay as enemies. Hawkins is a good fight for killer. And no one on the alliance side would accept Hawkins and Apoo so if they tried to switch they’d still probably be seen as enemies.

While I don't care if they switch sides however I do hope they stay as antagonists, I'm not a huge fan of all the Supernovas becoming allies.
"Good hearted Law" -> obviously a straw hat
"Kidd the Edgy Kid" -> a straw hat now
"Killer le Prudent" -> a straw hat now
"Drake the Traumatized" -> a straw hat now
"Bege the Family man" -> a straw hat now

Bonney -> super obvious straw hat
Hawkins -> straw hat
Apoo -> straw hat
Urouge -> straw hat

Prefer them as antagonists. They are just too weak willed and have already become Kaido minions, especially Hawkins.

But i see them betraying Kaido if he start to loae

You see them becoming a Big family on the long run?

HR Dono thinks that the Magician at least should remain an antagonist!

There is a very beautiful contrast between the Magician and the Massacre Soldier's philosophies as was depicted in this chapter:

Should they fight to the end, HR Dono thinks this would be a most exciting clash of ideologies!

HR Dono is worried that Oda will have the Magician switch sides and try to join the alliance. In particular, HR Dono believes that the Magician's card(s) that enables one to surpass their limits will probably have a role to play in this arc. Considering the Magician's current location, HR Dono finds it hard to imagine that power being used to power up the Beast Pirates (especially if the Magician is defeated by the Massacre Soldier).

Perhaps, the Massacre Soldier overcomes the Magician in the contest of ideologies and that motivates the Magician to switch sides? HR Dono thinks that could be satisfactory.
