bounties rise for action and piracy. This is written in the newspapers, especially if the incident is somehow connected with one of the yonko.
At the beginning of the events in MF, many people were wondering if WB would come or not, since there had been no news of him for a long time. So he was not particularly active.
Roger died 20 years ago, he had bounty 5.6 billion.
Was there such an abyss in bounty between him and WB?
What do you think, what is Whitebeard's bounty in this chapter?
1, 2,3 or even 4 billion?

I don't see Yasuie being particularly strong. How he captured the Scabbards wasn't revealed, so saying that he soloed them is unproven conjecture.
Ashura appears to be the strongest samurai we have now (Kawamatsu could be equally strong, but he is not a Wanonian). And he is at best YC3. Judging by the story so far, only Ushimaru stands out as a potential strong person. Hyou was called a mighty blade, yet he doesn't look that strong.
Not exactly the bunch to be feared by Marines.
Ashura appears to be the strongest samurai we have now (Kawamatsu could be equally strong, but he is not a Wanonian). And he is at best YC3. Judging by the story so far, only Ushimaru stands out as a potential strong person. Hyou was called a mighty blade, yet he doesn't look that strong.

2. Hancock is known as the Pirate Empress, because she's the current Empress of Amazon Lilly.
Rayleigh is known as Roger's Right Hand, yes. Is that all of Rayleigh's hype and portrayal? No.

If Whitebeard mid-diffs Oden, that means there's a huge gap between them. If Whitebeard, high-diffs Oden, that means there's a decent gap between them. So what do you mean it doesn't matter here? Loll.

Sakazuki, the current Fleet Admiral, only knew Oden as being one of the division commanders of Whitebeard's crew:

The guy who Roger called his "partner" vs a mere division commander. Do tell me how you logically find them to be even comparable. If Oden was some great super duper top tier that could challenge the big dogs of that era, he wouldn't just be known as a mere division commander on Whitebeard's ship.. Especially if he was on par with Rayleigh.
Oden isn't even in the same atmosphere as Rayleigh, let alone the same level.

How did he teleport from the chateau to the edge of WCI to protect Pedro and then teleports back to the chateau where we see him when he here's about Pedro dying
He's top tier... Freaking admirals couldn't kill Kaido when they had him arrested and Oden cut this man in combat
