Nami with Zeus could likely pull a win against Ulti (especially if she has assistance from Usopp on top of that), considering all we've seen from that homie when Nami makes lightning for him to eat.

Carrot has no issues with Utli, they haven't even met and they aren't in the same area (atleast compared to Nami who's a few feet from Ulti). Regardless if Carrot can beat Perospero with help, she'll likely try again if she gets up. Carrot going after Ulti who she hasn't even seen this arc would be pretty weird but we'll see.

You don’t know the Tobi Roppo bounties. And the Tobi roppos are the people who are one step under the calamity just as perospero is one step under the sweet general so I doubt there’s a large difference

What’s the evidence? Perospero isn’t a sweet general who are canonically the strongest members of the BMP and we also know snack was given that role before his much older brother did

Uh, Sulong Carrot was dodging Giant Daifuku's swings and baited him into cutting his own fleet. Plus, she, along with Wanda, pushed Perospero quite far (couldn't beat him obviously). Not saying she can beat Ulti but weaker than Kalifa is kinda extreme.

Carrot's best feat is dodging Daifuku's Genie, Kalifa can do that with Soru. The fight was offscreened so '' pushed Perospero quite far '' is conjecture. As far as i'm concerned Wanda and Carrot were 2 wasps running around and poking, slowly draining Perospero and annoying him more than anything. Wanda should also be stronger than Carrot as she's older.

No it is not, remember that the SHs were not destroying the pre versions of Pacifista easily. You have Carrot dealing with opponents meant to be much much much stronger than Lucci. What do you expect he to come up with against characters standing far below Perospero, let alone Perospero himself.

The monster trio learned Haki that's why they defeated Pacifistas easily. Carrot's not dealing with anyone, she's just turning around running and dodging. It took everything Luffy had to defeat Lucci, it was his most difficult fight in the entire series. Pretimeskip Luffy would be able to beat someone like Oven and Daifuku with less efforts he had to put in his battle against Lucci.
