The image quality is absolute dog doo doo but here's some text I tried to decipher from Sangoro's card.

After the Straw Hats landed on Wano, their cook took the name Sangoro and opened up a soba store to help gather the samurai. Sangoro's special soba was a real hit and gained quite the reputation. Having newly obtained a raid suit from Germa and surpassed Zoro's bounty, nothing can stop him now! (except a beautiful woman)

As expected of an expert cook! He was expecting to gather samurai, but the line is full of women instead.

The death of a beautiful woman is a great loss to the world! Sangoro shed many tears for Komurasaki, who he'd only seen once.

No matter what kind of chaotic situation he might find himself in, he can perfectly lock on to the sounds of a beauty in distress.
