Well if it increases his speed then that auto makes it increase his AP speed is weight yadda yadda. Yet if he's (so far) only doing no name base kicks then what the suit adds in AP is pretty much irrelevant. When he starts combining RS boosters with his actual Black Leg techniques then it starts oacking punches. To me

Diable Jambe > RS boosted no name kick

There is some text I can't make out but that has to do with the panel in which he's carrying Nami and Shinobu. The one on the right says something about the RS allowing him to be speedy.
