Everything related to haki in manga is actually black. Anime does that shit coloring from different colours. Just like G4 Luffy became red in anime(actually good work here) but manga Oda himself drawed all black.
And just remember haki is all invisible.

Looks like this "shit coloring" was later accepted by Oda who made sure to have it in Snakeman in the cover for volume 89.

Luffy had no lightning coming out when he punched Bellamy. As I see those lightning only happen when 2 conqueror users are fighting. So Sabo and Burguess might have it.

the red scabbard as they attacked Kaido
so it is not clear if it CoC haki it might just mean heavy attack or intense charge of haki.
