Still being completely non sense, why do King was fighting Marco on his Zoan form while shooting something for the most time? He only used the sword once against Marco. Thats what im saying, its just like Katakuri's spear

Well just deducing that from how Marco preformed against both K and Q, also being the ex-right hand of a man equal to Roger further more being someone who went toe to toe with admirals and was a candidate to the Yonko position( if I'm not mistaken),....those are the main reasons.

Why didn't King (the master swordsman) rely solely on his swordsmanship when he fought Marco for god knows how long....(no pulling up one panel of him cutting his wing is not enough because I can pull up panels of Cracker, Jack and Katakuri using their weapons in certain instances as well). The Kaku argument also does not hold water because Zoro was not formidable enough to even give Kaku any trouble for him to rely on his primary weapons(in their earlier encounters), while King fought Marco (someone stronger than himself) without his sword which was right there on his hip for about 95% of the fight.

Most of their fight was off screened so i have no idea where you are coming up with those numbers, King is yet to get enough screen time to flesh out his character and fighting style, but did show enough he is deadlier than all the characters you mentioned with the blade. Kata couldn't hit luffy even once with his mogura against non fs user until he was poisoned. Cracker got a hit in on luffy just gave him small cut and jack uses blades not meito like King he couldn't land any decisive blow in ashura. King sliced off marco that would be fatal wound had he not been an immortal phoenix for me they aren't on the same level in terms of swordsmanship pretty obvious stuff

1. 95% of the fight that was shown which is a fact
2. King caught Marco off guard and still failed to do anything truly significant
3. Your standards for someone being a swordsman is simply having and using a sword so cracker is still a swordsman in you're books (you even admitted it the other day I can pull that up if you want) doesn't change the fact a non swordsman beat him (Luffy)
4. The rank of Kings blade does not change the fact he has been shown to be more successful in his DF form (where he never uses his blade) than when he is using it and being disarmed so easily when Izo was right in front of him not being jumped by multiple people like Kaido for example

You're underestimating how hurt Zoro is right now, he has no chance against a calamity.
DIdn't say fight Orochi, he'll kill him in one strike.

I expect Zoro to continue his plot with Orochi. I am even of the belief he will face Kaido once more and deal a more significant blow to him maybe even saving Luffy in the process. But he could face a calamity, just that it's not necessary based off how the plot of the raid is going.
