Didn't have KnY sold 11mio copies with the dates of Oricon? Why they only have now 10mio?

This was the list which was posted here.
It was already hard for me to understand why OP only get 9mio from this list after they get each last years over 11mio sales.
So the new sales dates are the right ones.

On the list they had 11.676.349 sales, shouldn't they rounded off to 12mio and not 11mio? Also these numbers come out weeks ago, which mean during that time they could sold even more.

I just ask me if the Oricon sales are complete wrong here or not. Either way Im happy that One piece still has his 12-13mio sales each year and probably top that next year.
