I think Marco himself can show some medical power that completely would heal Zoro body in the blink of an eye.

So far Marco cant do such things. Its on Chopper and the mink medical team rn.

In fact, you are right - I didn't think about it, but I can't imagine Zoro returning to the game without using some significant power - currently Zoro is in a critical condition and if it turns out that in a few chapters he will be able to at least walk, because he slept for a few moments in bandages then i'll consider it a huge ass pull too.
