Another prediction I have is, Luffy will fall somewhere far away from the flower capital, Onigashima will fall in the flower capital, time will pass while all the straw hats fight their opponents and finally Luffy will arrive to the flower capital(thanks to someone maybe) to fight against Kaidou.

Something similar to Alabasta.

And I'm pretty sure the reason Kaidou will not head down to kill the other will be because Yamato will stop him.
